Our vinyl outdoor patio furniture cover is made of superior "Dura Gard" vinyl which is unlike any material being used in today's market. It's 7 mil. thick, with a 4 ounce fleece polypropylene backing, which is first compressed into a flat sheet and then laminated onto the vinyl. This process assures that the fleece won't come off on the furniture like many fuzzy backed vinyl covers, while adding a tremendous amount of strength to the cover! We also add U-V, cold crack and polymer chemicals to ensure that the vinyl will not crack when exposed to the harshest of elements yet will stay soft and pliable for the life of the cover. All of our hems are sewn with a binding which is far stronger than a folded and then sewn hem. This insures that the velcro ties will remain secure and hold up to the windiest conditions. All of our covers carry a 3 year warranty.
